Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@joinfam.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you with return instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? No problem. Just email us at help@joinfam.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

• We include a free return label in every package.
• Returns are processed by mail only.
• No restocking fees — ever.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix it fast.
